Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 hours before arrival. To cancel or modify your reservation, click on the link "Go to my booking" in your confirmation email. You can then cancel your reservation yourself. You will automatically receive a confirmation email.

Your booking number is included in the confirmation email sent after your reservation. Or via your Siestify account, in your "My reservations" space. Otherwise, our customer service is available to help you.

Once the booking form is filled out, the confirmation page appears. You will receive an email with your booking details and number. If you have any problems, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service.

When you finalize your reservation on Siestify, the hotel is immediately notified of your reservation and will integrate it into their system quickly. However, presenting the booking confirmation can be useful to save you time at check-in.
